Terms & Conditions – All New HDFC Bank App Offer (Early Access)

1. Eligibility

• This offer is valid only for HDFC Bank customers transacting through All New HDFC Bank App (Early Access)
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product/service.

2. Offer Redemption

• Customers must follow the redemption process as mentioned on www.eredeem.in/hdfcbank/.

3. Order & Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.

4. Replacement Policy

• In case of damage or incorrect product received, customers must inform eRedeem by writing to help@eredeem.in within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Upon acknowledgment, eRedeem will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to the customer and will take sole responsibility for the return process.

5. Third-Party Product/Service Disclaimer

• The offer is extended by an external vendor/merchant partner.
• All aspects of the product/service—including delivery, quality, warranty, performance, and after-sales service—are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

6. HDFC Bank’s Role & Liability

• HDFC Bank is only facilitating this offer and is not a manufacturer, seller, or service provider.
• HDFC Bank is not responsible for the sale, quality, features, or fulfilment of the products/services under this offer.
• HDFC Bank does not guarantee or warrant the quality, merchantability, suitability, or delivery of the products/services.
• Any dispute, complaint, or issue related to the product/service must be addressed directly to the vendor.
• HDFC Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience arising from:
• the product/service purchased or availed through the vendor, or
• the vendor’s inability to fulfil the order or provide support.

7. General Conditions

• HDFC Bank reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or hold the scheme at any time without prior notice.
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
• Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• The offer is valid from 1^st October 2025 to 31^st October 2025.
