Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your delivery at any time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
eRedeem is not responsible for any separate taxes, or duties applied to your shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
eRedeem is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 2 days so we can file a claim with the courier company. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at help@eredeem.in. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
